On 7 October 2008, the Scheme was sanctioned by an order of the High Court of Justice of England and Wales. The Scheme became effective on 9 October 2008. Scheme Creditors must submit completed claim forms prior to 5pm on  the Final Claims' Submission Date of 9 April 2009. See Notice of Sanction for details.
