Training
Chiltington personnel are frequent speakers at international conferences and seminars. We have experience in conference and seminar organisation, providing experienced and interesting presenters speaking on a wide range of topics. In addition we can, at the request of a client, provide tailored training and workshops over a range of topics.
Conference/Seminar organisation and co-ordination
We are able to design and co-ordinate your programme and act as independent facilitators, allowing you to fully participate in the activity, free from the administrative responsibility. We can suggest and obtain speakers and venues.
Identification and processing of reinsurance recoveries
Chiltington uses leading edge software to provide the outsourcing of all aspects of the reinsurance recovery process. We will calculate recoveries, prepare documentation, provide reports to the client and submit collections to brokers and reinsurers.

We provide claims expertise on both an insourcing and outsourcing basis wich involves managing specialised or individual major losses as well as specific claim functions.
Broker replacement
In the London bureau market, we enable the reinsurer to replace a non-performing or defunct broker. Our specialist service handles all types of claim from any location, using advanced claim tracking tools. We deliver cash to the client as soon as it is collected from reinsurers

This class of business requires several unique skills. Through our US offices, we provide technical expertise in Health and Occupational Accident and the specialised system needs to manage this business for both life and non-life insurers.

Chiltington administers discontinued reinsurance portfolios and related retrocessions with the aim of crystallising the assumed liabilities as quickly as possible. We not only administer portfolios of external companies but also acquire risks through our acquisition vehicle HIR.
