ARC Award for Excellence in Legacy Management

Together with the London based law-firm Sidley Austin Chiltington received a 'Highly Commended' certificate at "2008 ARC Awards for Excellence in Legacy Management" in the category 'Industry Initiative of the Year' for our innovativ work on the Deutsche Rueckversicherung AG Business Transfer from Germany to UK according to the new German Supervisory Law.
