Innovation
We innovate to achieve results. In the early 1980's we were at the forefront of developing commutation solutions. In the late 1980's, we participated in the first restructuring of a reinsurance company into active and discounted segments, resulting in the acquisition of the Run-Off vehicle and provision of an exit for the shareholder. During the 1990's we successfully maintained the solvency of several companies through targeted Commutation Plans. We followed that by developing and carrying out the UK's first Solvent Scheme of Arrangement in order to achieve finality and return of shareholders' capital.
International
Our international network of offices enables us to use local staff, who have knowledge of the culture and market conditions in most major centres of (re)insurance around the world.
